Oracle is by definition a database company and is now expanding its services and the related infrastructure to the cloud. For this purpose, it is expanding on two lines, i.e., infrastructure and client segments. The move into the healthcare sector, which definitely needs to be restructured in terms of access to content by doctors and patients, is certainly a valuable strategy, yet, the sector has never proven to be a fast implementor. The progress update on the integration of patient zero, i.e., Cerner, will give investors ample information to position itself over time.
