Nutanix is a new entry into our investment universe. NTNX provides software solutions to manage hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments. In the last few years, the company has evolved from a pure on-demand infrastructure company to a software company offering hybrid cloud services with recurring sales. The company is approaching an important inflexion point in terms of sales, margins, and free cashflows. Provided it can unlock the latter, valuation should take the elevator. Recent results have been dragged down by supply chain dislocations, but it is assumed the secular growth trend for its business is clearly intact.

The addressable market for NTNX is in the region of USD 50bn, and the company is heavily into technology and services to expand its client base in the field of hybrid cloud-based services.
