Apple has been able, as one of the unique companies across the globe, to create a closed-end eco-system. The customer retention ratio is unprecedented and the massive ecosystem of products and services is growing fast.
AAPL has a stable free cash flow generation, a highly remarkable track record of strong management execution and an aggressive capital allocation strategy.
Given the regular product launches with new options, Apple trades at a premium valuation compared to its peer group. In recent quarters however, APPL was lacking to launch new features which could indicate that opportunities have maxed out somehow. If so, ongoing growth could be at risk which could be amplified in the event consumers were to renew less frequent their devices.
